This has to be the best KFC I have ever visited. I had the option to go to a KFC closer to my location but decided to try this one due to it's rating. I am so glad I decided to order from here. I placed my order, paid online, arrived to pick up my order, and was immediately greeted and given nothing but excellent service from the staff on hand. Jeanette was awesome. She packed up my order and even helped me to my car with my food (I am disabled). Very hospitable and nothing but good food and great service. From a young age, I have always loved the unique flavor of Kentucky Fried Chicken. The taste and quality have remained consistent over the years, and the menu has significantly expanded since my childhood. KFC is a fantastic choice for chicken enthusiasts. The service at this South El Monte location is outstanding and quick. They now offer outdoor dining, which is a great addition. I highly recommend this spot for some classic, finger-licking good chicken!
The 2/$6 is a lot. You have 4 options. *Pot Pie * chicken sandwich *Streifen *Bowl There is no drive thru. I made the mistake to suspect this and went to the Plaza with the Jack in the box, which is not connected to KFC. Geovany was great. Showed top notch customer service all the way. Well done. Original chicken was not ready and they asked us to wait. They were very polite. Offered us a free drink while we waited and the manager was so kind he brought us out a snack for our wait. Our food was warm and delicious. Kind staff. Very clean andmaintained dinning area.

This place has no drive-thru but is a nice clean restaurant. In a rough neighborhood but employees are very kind and welcoming.
Cashier was super friendly and provided suggestions, food was served quick and hot. Tables could use a wipe down.
I really enjoyed the chicken and the other dishes. The service was quick, and the customer service was excellent.
The service is exceptional; the staff is fantastic and always attentive, making you feel well taken care of.
