Nous aimons KFC pour sa cuisine pratique. Nous avons visité celui près de l'aéroport de Blagnac presque à chaque fois que nous sommes passés et il a toujours été comme les autres KFC, mais malheureusement pas cette fois-ci. Le grand seau familial était plein de poulet trop cuit, comme le laissait penser l'apparence, et nous avons tous confirmé que le goût et la texture étaient affreux. Le pire a été quand nous avons porté plainte, le gars a proposé de remplacer les gros morceaux de poulet par des lanières qui étaient également trop cuites, mais nous avions déjà goûté un morceau chacun, donc 4 étaient partis naturellement, même si nous ne les avions pas appréciés! We love KFC for convenient food . Visited this one near the Blagnac airport nearly every time we have passed through and always has been as KFCs are , but sadly not this time. The large family bucket was full of "over cooked" chickens as the look and we all confirmed it the taste and that stringy horrible texture.The worst part was when complained the guy offered to replace the large chicken pieces with the strips which were also overlooked but we had tried a piece each already so 4 had gone naturally ,not that we had enjoyed them ! When I go to a Pub I expect to get a Pint!, its normal im in a pub!! KFC thought they would do one better! Oh sorry we don't sell chicken pieces anymore! There's not enough demand! The original recipe is what made KFC famous in the first place! The reason there was no demand for chicken pieces is because you were not giving any value for money providing pieces of chicken that look smaller than a quail! If I wanted them frozen tenders with no flavour at all i would go to the frozen section of my supermarket buy it! i hope that KFC read this message take action! The KFC here needs a complete revamp!
It's 2:00, we're out of the airport. and we pass by kfc, we order chicken whites in duo, ... and fries. Wait... I hear the whites aren't ready... and don't worry. served at the table. We start with the fries and see that the chicken whites all turned into chicken wings without warning us because we would have taken something else. in a hurry, we didn't ask for change. badly cooked, pink inside, and fat. the fries without more. So we didn't take dessert. cleanliness. personal ones who have been found do not first understand the orders even of the people next to us at the counter.

At last it looks like KFC are finaly listening, from pieces of chicken that look like quails to pieces of Chicken that actually look like Chicken. We are in region of France were Le Gers is close by there is no reason why they cant use local produce. Just a few years ago they stopped making the orignial Chicken as there was no demand I stopped going! Will be nice if KFC can introduce Coleslaw. . Compared to other Countries it is expensive though, They should be able to decrease the price of a bargain barket keep those standards high!
Le service inexistant comme chez McDonald's, ils se sont facilité la tâche en installant des bornes pour prendre les commandes, mais contrairement à McD, il n'y a pas de système pour les recevoir, donc vous devez écouter votre numéro être crié. Pour couronner le tout, ils ne servent pas les boissons, celles-ci doivent être obtenues séparément d'une machine (qui avait une longue file d'attente). Non recommandé surtout que mon mari et moi avons attrapé une intoxication alimentaire le lendemain matin !
Les Tacos sont immangeables. IMMANGEABLES. Et ce qu'ils sont censés bien faire, c'est des morceaux de poulet frits, ne sont disponibles qu'en version croustillante. 62 ans de ma vie à choisir la recette traditionnelle, et MAINTENANT en 2019, je dois y aller croustillant ??? JAMAIS.
Je tiens à souligner que le personnel de conduite est toujours très agréable et accueillant c'est toujours un plaisir de venir à ce KFC parce que je sais que même dans le Ruch ils sont gentils et plus quand je arrive à la maison c'est encore chaud! Bravo à l'équipe !
