I moved here last year and every single time I order food through the drive-thru at this location the customer service is horrible. They are incredibly rude and act as if you?re bothering them. I?m usually a nice person and patient when ordering but tonight it took all I had not to say something. A young African American man, who?s name is not on the receipt, had a terrible bedside manner. I?ve noticed the younger generation in the food industry really tear down a companies reputation. I highly suggest you go on their website and file a complaint. Maybe they?ll hire better people. If you don?t like your job, please quit so others can jump on the opportunity, especially in this economy. I hate complaining but after having a hard day this is the last thing I needed to deal with. On top of that my order was wrong. Aliante is a beautiful community so this kind of establishment doesn?t belong here. I?ll never go there again.
Seriously if you want to eat KFC ???? choose another one. We live super close to this store and every time (I mean 7 out of 8 times we've been here) everyone working is too busy talking to each other or someone that works there but is off that day instead of making the orders in a timely manner. It has more of a if you're looking for a standard in service or even in common sense go elsewhere. Last time I'll go here. Let the clowns ???? have the circus ????. I'll spend my at another location.
I rated today's visit a 2 only because I waited for more than 30 minutes on a 16 piece meal, but I was notified at the window. Despite that, the food was on point. I try to avoid KFC as much as possible because their chicken has not been A1 lately, but the kids love it there. Our original bucket of chicken was fresh and tasted very well seasoned. The fries were delicious as well as the biscuits. Overall, I would've given it 4 stars if I didn't wait longer than I should.
As I was opening the door, the employees were looking at me like please don?t come in. Please go elsewhere. But I proceeded because I wanted to buy food. They didn?t have a register in the front so they took my card and processed it through drive through. No big deal but the cashier held on to it too long. ????I?ll bring cash next time I dine here.
