As a black man I always get the most rude black women who are probably 25 and under just always acting entitled, and have the worse attitudes. This KFC constantly has women here cutting you off before you can ask a question, or tell them what you want without them getting an attitude. You can't see the menu during night shift cause the sign if off, and probably too lazy to turn it on. I'm not a rude person I respect all people in this industry cause I know how difficult it is. I had to pull off because of the attitude of the lady who takes the orders on night shift on Friday's. Fix your attitudes, asking a someone what they have when you can't see it isn't a crime.
I had a frustrating experience with an online order at this restaurant. They wouldn’t let me pick it up through the drive-thru, which left me without anything to drink while I waited. After about five minutes of trying to get the manager's attention, I was told I needed to prove that I had paid for my order before they would assist me. They seemed to overlook the fact that they often get orders wrong in the first place. The manager gave me the standard responses, but it felt like they didn’t really care. I live just two blocks away, but based on how I was treated, I won’t be returning.
Ive been going to KFC for years, just moved out here, gave it 3 chances. This one was the last straw! Food looked like it was made by my unborn child and the lady in the drive through need to learn communication skills.Not to mention i paid 10$ for a chicken bowl, she tells me it wasnt a meal? So no drink. Get home the bowl was only filled 20%. please NEVER go here, save yourself the money and the headache.

went to this kfc to buy some huh and I asked for some hot sauce, they said kfc doesn't wear hot sauce. then I asked for a side of the spicy sauce that they put on tender and they refused. you'd better paint chips. her huh was so dry it was unbearable, take her my advice, go to popeyes, also btw her customer service is terrible if her workers don't want it job then fire her, or I will never get back
I would leave less than one star if possible. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in fast food in my 30 years of life. I never leave a review. I just stew on it... Food cold, after waiting 30 minutes past my pick up time and multiple people going ahead of me. Service was awful and two young men were doing all the work. 0/10 would not recommend. But will comend their work ethic.
Staff are incredibly rude here, and online ordering is a nightmare. Be prepared to show proof and argue about what you ordered. If they forget the drink you ordered, it’s somehow your fault and a huge inconvenience to the staff, despite it being on the receipt. Not returning here.
The biscuits were too doughy, the soda was mostly just carbonation, and they always seem to forget something from my order. I suppose I should start checking my food before making the 10-minute drive home.

Left off food and still wrong order huge disappointment. UPDATE went there again to give them another shot and they had a wait for everything I tried to order!!! EVEN THE SIMPLE FAMOUS BOWL!!
The food was cooked to perfection, and the service was outstanding. The staff contributed to a wonderfully positive atmosphere.
