I called a few minutes ago to let them know that I had a tonsillectomy four days ago, and that just thinking about food has been difficult. I specifically mentioned gravy as a craving. The staff was so kind and supportive! Their warmth was a refreshing change from what I've experienced elsewhere. I'm grateful to the team in West Monroe, Louisiana! Even though it was close to closing time, they served me with such joy and happiness! God is good, always! I could only eat about a quarter of a cup, but I'm so happy! I can't wait until I can enjoy their pot cake again!
The employees here work hard to provide good service for a product that has declined so much I will no longer eat at KFC. It use to be my favorite place to get chicken. I don't know why they changed how they make it. But it is inedible. Prices are ridiculous. Not wasting my money to purchase horrible food. I gave it 2 stars for the service, otherwise it would be a zero. Don't bother calling corporate to complain, they really didn't care what I had to say. 45 yrs eating KFC, No longer a customer. Good bye.
We've attempted to visit this restaurant several times, but each time they've been out of the dishes we wanted to order. On our most recent visit, we once again encountered this issue and ended up ordering chicken strips instead. Unfortunately, they were only lukewarm, and some of them had human hairs on them. The mashed potatoes were also just warm, not hot. We won't be returning to this place again.
I've never written a bad review before, but this experience is quite frustrating. It's 6:30 PM, and they have no dark meat available. There was only one crispy leg in the entire restaurant, and no thighs at all. They didn't offer to cook any more either, so I had to go elsewhere to buy chicken. I'm really not a happy customer, though the staff member did apologize.

I usually enjoy the mashed potato bowls at KFC, but today was disappointing. There was way too much gravy and hardly any mashed potatoes—it ended up looking like soup! Please make sure only someone who knows how to prepare the bowl handles it. I often love your bowls, just not today!
The dining area closed at 8:45 PM, and I was denied entry. Although I was told they close at 9 PM, the sign states they are open until 10 PM from Monday to Saturday. Since it was a Tuesday, I’m puzzled as to why this location is operating if they can’t follow their own posted hours.
The nuggets were overly peppered, and the biscuits had too much lard, tasting more like flour. Not enjoyable. I can make better biscuits at home, and I'm definitely no chef.
