Hair on my food!! So Ordered Nashville tenders, and had to return it because it appeared that the sauce wasn?t mixed well since all I got was oil on my tenders, she argued me down and said that it?s suppose to look like that. When I asked her to justshake the bottle and do them over (after 3 attempts) she did but decided to add a piece of her HAIR to my food. When I opened myfood box in the car, it was right there on top waiting to greet me. I kid you not, I laughed because wth, how coincidental they all had on hair nets, so it has to be intentional. ???????????
After renovation this KFC ???? has a much more modern look and feel. Bathroom was clean and large. Service was a little slow because only 2 staff members working and one was on the register and other was drive through but it was still quick enough. Lotsof seating inside and food was hot and fresh. This is really massive improvement over the condition it was in 5 years ago.

I came home to find that my order of 8 pieces had only 7 pieces, and my cole slaw was missing too. I tried to file a complaint, but didn’t hear back from them, which felt like they were ignoring their error. Overall, the service was awful. I would give the food a rating of 1 out of 5.
Not bad, one of the chicken legs was real small. The atmosphere makes you want to come back. Clean, well lit to see. Still want a lager chicken leg. The servicer was very understanding. Did I not mention my chicken leg. Life was good at KFC that day. Andyou know the rest.
I visited KFC three times, and each time I was told I couldn't use the restroom, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the quality of the food was disappointing, as it didn't seem fresh at all. Overall, my experience at KFC was negative.
On March 22, 2024, at 2:30 PM, I had an unpleasant experience with the shift manager. They were very rude and spoke loudly. Additionally, I was charged an extra $1.00 for a two-piece meal, which had a different price listed on the menu.

We ordered a meal and were disappointed that drinks were not included. They even charged us $5 for water, which seemed excessive. However, the food was delicious. On the positive side, parking was easy with plenty of available space.
Their fried chicken was excellent. Also got a bowl of Mac n cheese topped with chunky things that were supposed to be chicken. Pitiful. Almost no chicken inside most of those bits. Won't do that again
