I’m giving this Particular KFC a 2 1/2 Stars although my food is Always Tasty . No matter how many times you ask the employees to NOT Forget To put My sauce in they NEVER DO IT! And it’s irritating cause I don’t keep BBQ sauce in my car. Over 10 times they do not put the sauces I ask for in my bag. I specifically told them on 2 occasions “Please Don’t forget my Sauce “ and what did they do. FORGET! ? the reason I’m even making a complaint today is I ordered 2 number 17s a meal that did not require sauce . HOW IN THE HECK Did I pull off get to the place to eat and They never Gave me My cookies ?. WTH ppl the cookie is the perfect Ending . And they weren’t even busy . Please Work on Giving Ppl...
This has to be the worst KFC in the entire country. The staff here is unbelievably lazy. You might find yourself waiting in the drive-through for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging you, even when the restaurant isn’t busy and there are no other customers in line or inside. You’ll need to honk your horn or pull up to the window just to get someone’s attention to confirm if they’re even open, as no one responds at the speaker. It feels like they never change the oil, and management hasn’t made any effort in years to enhance the quality of their employees or the food being served. I don’t know why I keep expecting things to be different when I visit.
We ordered the 8-piece bucket and gave KFC only 3 stars. Every time we've ordered, the taste of the chicken varies significantly, and sometimes it’s burnt. This location does not serve authentic Kentucky Fried Chicken or the original Colonel’s recipe. The famous 11 herbs and spices seem to be missing from the chicken. Today’s dish barely tasted reminiscent of how it was in the 1960s. It feels like there is no consistent process for preparing the chicken at this store. If they have deep fryers, they don’t seem to be using them. I tried reaching out to corporate for help, but it was of no use. They don’t seem to be very honest about their practices.
This is by far the worst KFC that I've ever been to. Avoid this place at all cost. They never have what you want to order and try to convince you to take whatever they have already made up. The chicken comes out flavorless and all screwed up. Managementshould be ashamed of themselves. KFC should consider revoking the license with this franchise. I gave a one star rating, but itdoesn't even deserve that Réservez une table maintenant
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I arrived right at 10:30 am, the opening time, and the manager asked me to wait outside because they weren't ready to open yet. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes before I was allowed to enter. Once inside, she directed me to use the drive-thru instead, where I had to wait another 10 minutes before my order was taken.
