I have a problem visiting this special KFC on Beach St. in Fort Worth. The chicken is always fresh, so I go there. However, the service is literally garbage. Whatever shift or time you go. Staff really have bad attitudes. As if it is your fault that your order is not correct. And let's not forget the waiting time. I literally waited 30 minutes for a 2 piece, potato and cookies?? Then I get it and the potatoes look as if they were used in a game of peat of the tater. I don't recommend this place. Especially in the morning if you want to enjoy the rest of your day.
Went through the drive-thru my order was all wrong and plus I was missing one piece of chicken this happened today Sunday after 3:00 p.m. October 30th I tried to call the store and it's always busy I've been trying four times and no Paul has went through a busy signal all the time I'm upset and I live far away from here I was passing through this KFC is my favorite chicken you guys owe me some youngster was at the window of male
I asked if they had sweet tea. I informed the young man the sweet tea was not sweet. I asked if he had tasted it. He said yes he got it from the sweet tea container. He asked what other drink I would want, but was argumentative and rude. Ac seemed out or not working well. Smell was overpowering as we walked in the door. Bathroom sink drained into a 5 gallon bucket.
The food was extremely expensive. The service, however, was very slow—taking over 35 minutes. I forgot to order sides, and when I asked the cashier why he didn’t remind me, he said, “I’m not allowed to.” I think that’s a silly policy. Despite these issues, I would say the food was worth the wait.

I ordered my food online at 615pm. Went inside and did not receive my food until 715pm. The drive through rep should NOT work there. Worst Customer Service experience I've ever had.
Ordnete the famous bowl, and when received It was missing the corn. They dragged them back to the counter and said they had no corn and asked why. Only answer I got no maize
I'm not sure what's happening, but for the past two weeks, my chicken hasn't tasted like KFC, and the gravy has been really watery. I've been eating here for many years... ?
They are always out of one thing or another because they don’t want to fix it. Food is not fixed right at all. Customer service is a joke rude and snappy.

Always loved KFC felt like they were falling off but I was wrong. The last few times I've been service was fast and the food was delicious
I was there like 30 minutes no one was in return to give my order bad service, I never again in this KFC
