The experience was incredibly disappointing. The service felt unprofessional and lacking in effort. I waited a lengthy 37 minutes in the drive-thru, and the employee took orders from outside her car instead of at the window. When I finally reached the window, I was informed they would be closing in 10 minutes at 9:05. Given the location of this KFC, I can't say I'm really surprised by the service. I recommend finding a different KFC to avoid the hassle.
The food was quite disappointing, but I had an outstanding experience thanks to Takhara. She provided excellent service, always smiling and bringing a positive energy that made me forget about the issues with the food. Unfortunately, the management team was unavailable when I requested to speak with them about my order. Nonetheless, thank you again, Takhara—you’re a fantastic employee, and I hope your hard work is recognized!
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. It is overpriced, the staff is rude, and the food is either overcooked or undercooked. I suggest going to Tom Thumb for better quality and more affordable chicken. Even Albertsons has better chicken at a better price. This location should either close down or make significant changes to their management. The issues here are clearly coming from the top.
if you value your time just drive to a different KFC. Waited over 10 minutes for them to even take my order, then waited for over 20 minutes for our food and then they gave us someone else’s order. Had to wait another 10 minutes for our food to come back. Ordering online doesn’t work either, ordered ahead and still had to wait for 15 minutes. Réservez une table maintenant
I came here around 8:30 and didn't get my food till about 9:16 and when ordered I was told 2 minutes and was told to park out front. She later came to my car asking what I ordered and yet didn't have my food if I could give this experience a 0 that's what it would be. If you want food fast don't order here.
The fries were cold and the chicken was salty, but served warm. The restaurant could do better. Just because it's located in a lower-income area doesn't mean the customers deserve anything less than high-quality food. The staff should take pride in their work and strive for excellence.
Tonight for lunch, a Spicy chicken sandwich ordered that had no sharp on it. You put a drop of hot sauce on the bungalow. The girl on the ride was rude and threw my sandwich out the window. Worst experience in this KFCFood: 1/5

Always good food. The young lady in the drive-thru window had an amazing setting!!! It only made my experience so much more beautiful.
