Kfc - Réservation de table

I would not recommend this establishment to any one this is the second time purchasing at the oak wood location on the first trip chicken was over cooked and biscuits hard as a rock. So once again we ordered an 8 piece meal and get home and the chicken was way past over cooked and biscuits were once again inedible almost 25 dollars and the legs looked like they come off a miniature chicken it?s just sad you can?t get KFC like you used too and not to mention the secret ingredient which made them famous no longer has that taste.

I’m so glad we visited Rainy Tues. (4/5/22). The customer service provided by Alice was outstanding; she offered great information about the menu and was very friendly and efficient, even while working both the front counter and drive-thru. Ms. G also did a fantastic job managing orders and delivering them to the front counter—excellent customer service and very pleasant! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I really enjoyed my meal there. Thank you, Oakwood KFC! I can’t wait to come back. Keep up the awesome work!

The food was excellent, and the service was impressively quick, even with just a small staff. Despite the long line wrapping around the building, the team managed everything smoothly. I truly appreciate their hard work, especially as I watched them serve other tables. The staff were incredibly friendly! Thank you all, and may God bless you! ~A grateful customer

food was good. But I will not be returning because of that stupid little sign they have posted on the drive thru window. it is distasteful and really shows the type of people who run the place. I feel bad for your employees. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. My server, Brittany, did an excellent job!

The food was decent. I ordered online, and when I arrived for pick-up, the lobby was closed, which was good. However, I ended up waiting in the drive-thru for an hour.

Guy who took my order straight up yelled in the mic when I asked him to repeat his previous statement. Food was pretty fresh though. Réservez une table maintenant

Short staffed. One person working, manning drive thru and cooking. Very disgruntled. Will not go back. Sandwich was not edible.

They always serve hot fresh food. Staff is friendly and fast. Highly recommend for your KFC.
