The restaurant was slow. Two people in drive thru. The lady in front of me was handed the wrong order. It took several minutes to remake her food. I hope they discarded it and did not give my mother that food. I watched the lady check the food and hand it back to them. I ordered tender meal that was misprinted on drive thru menu. Assistant manager Alexis said she would not honor that price. Very rude. She got an attitude when I asked for general manager information. Gave me a number no name or anything for corporate. Told me she was not allowed to give out general manager information. The cashier with nose ring repeatedly smirked at me. I told them they have to have better customer service....
Horrible service, from the time I drove up to the drive threw until I went in and got my food. There were about 4 other people trying to order food as well and they were not happy either. The staff was not friendly or helpful, the staff acted like they didn't want you to order anything, and it was a burden on them because you did. The weight was over 45 minutes and the chicken was cooked already, only one person in front of me. The staff would just stand and talk to each other and play on their phones, like they were hoping everyone would just give up and leave, which 2 people did. Walked in today to place what I thought was a simple order! 2 piece, slaw, mashed, also let me try the apple bites! When I received my food I was short my slaw, and 1 Apple bite. Turns out they ran out and instead of letting me know mine was short; the kid just gave me 3 and sent me along my way. They did drop a fresh batch and gave me 4, but the whole process was so unnecessary. Train your crew. Sidebar: Don’t run the register, then go prep orders without gloves.
It was terrible service, they did not give me a spoon to eat the salad and the puree, and they also had people sleeping inside the premises, terrible service, I will definitely not return

Went to drive through I ordered 4 piece chicken 2 biscuits 2 mashed potatoes the chicken was old and disgusting. What a waste of money and time not to mention
THIS PLACE SUCKS SOBAD. IT NEEDS NEW MANAGERS AND ALL NEW STAFF. They are rude, very very slow,and dont deserve their paycheck at all.
We ordered and sat at a table. We ordered chicken mac and cheese and green beans. When we went to get cutlery they didn't have.
If you can get the food it's OK. Problem is they never have it available when you're there without a30 minute wait.
