I'm currently parked in the lot waiting for my order for the second time. I placed an order for two $20 meal deals in the drive-thru, and the woman taking my order didn't even ask if I wanted original or crispy. After waiting in line, I realized I needed to let them know I wanted original since my mother can’t eat crispy chicken. When I went inside to inform them, a woman who seemed to be in charge told the staff that I would just get whatever they gave me. I returned to my truck to wait for my food, and sure enough, I received crispy chicken instead of original, and I didn't even get my hot wings. This is disappointing, KFC staff. I recently dined at this restaurant for dinner, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food was underwhelming, earning a low rating of 1. The service was equally lacking, also receiving a 1, which made the meal even less enjoyable. The atmosphere was not inviting either, with another score of 1. Despite these shortcomings, I would recommend trying the 8 Piece Meal, as it was the only highlight of the evening. Overall, I wouldn’t suggest visiting unless improvements are made.
Went to the drive thru today to get my daughter a kids meal she wanted nuggets with ranch and BBQ sauce and the lady taking the order says are u serious, right in the speaker after I asked for both. Then told me I'd have to pay for an extra sauce when I'm getting a nugget meal that comes with 2 sauce anyway. She was extremely rude and did not care that I could hear her either. I'm so fed up with these people thinking they to good to be working anywhere. If you don't like your job get another one. I will not be going back here ever.
On November 11, 2023, I ordered through GrubHub and received a text at 1:47 PM saying my order was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived at 2 PM, they had just started preparing my order. What made it even more frustrating was the staff's apparent indifference to the situation.

The food was cold when I received it, and when I asked for fresh chicken sandwiches, the manager was rather unhelpful. They agreed to remake my order but said I would have to wait thirty minutes.

I honestly believe the recipe has changed; it doesn't taste like the KFC chicken I'm familiar with. There also seemed to be staffing problems. I’m not sure I would come back.
The staff act like it's a hassle for me to order food. I explained my order and still was unable to get it right.
