I have encountered ongoing problems with my orders at this location. Typically, I don’t write reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my thoughts. I ordered a kids meal along with two chicken meals, each including fries. When I got my bag, it only had one drink, so I had to knock on the window to ask for the other one. When I opened the bag, I discovered only three chicken legs and a biscuit. My order has never been correct at this KFC/Taco Bell. This will certainly be my last visit.
I stopped by the KFC drive-thru to place an order, but the employee suddenly screamed at me, saying, "I SAID THIS IS BROKEN, COME INSIDE." I was taken aback by his aggressive behavior. I asked for his name, and he said Jackson. The next day, he continued being rude, and when I told him to stop, I was just told to leave. I pulled up to order and was screamed at again. Even 24 hours later, I'm still upset—there was absolutely no reason for such hostility. I can't fully express how mean he was.
I anticipated that the manager would put down some paper before making my burrito, but instead, he just placed it directly on top of old ingredients that had been out all day. While I understand that they are short-staffed, it’s unacceptable that he refused to issue a refund. I would have been satisfied with having a new burrito prepared, but at first, he wouldn’t come to the front and allowed the cashier to assist another customer, as if my request didn’t matter.
A few days ago, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a colleague, and I must highlight how wonderful our cashier, Ros, was! She was exceptionally friendly and genuinely contributed to our enjoyable experience. Usually, I eat quite a bit since I'm always on the move, and I've encountered average service at other establishments, so I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service we received here. This is quite frustrating. The restaurant states that they open at 10:30, but when I arrived at 10:40, I was told they wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. I'm becoming increasingly disappointed with food establishments that seem indifferent lately. It's time for them to invest in better staff.
The staff was very friendly, and I was thrilled to find out that the original recipe is available late at night. I did have a minor issue: I ordered a large side of coleslaw, but when I got home, I noticed it was only half full. Aside from that, everything tasted fresh and authentic.
Unprofessional workers. The lady was brutally rude for no obvious reason. I made every sense that she doesn't understand a simple protocol or real English. I'll never order from this place again. No wonder the reviews are terrible. I'm glad I got my refund!!!
I went through the drive-thru today, and Bobbie handled our order from start to finish exceptionally well. We were in a hurry to grab food for game day, and everything—from the order to the food and service—was perfect. Thank you, Bobbie! Réservez une table maintenant
The new white drive through guy is really nice. But there is always a wait at this location and I?m confused is KFC not having biscuits with the meals anymore? What is this a hoagie bread? I?m disappointed.
