If you visit KFC with a group of three, including myself, and are told that the whole car can only get 2 pieces of chicken, you might want to reconsider your approach. If the fryers are turned off early, perhaps they should be turned back on. The lady working the drive-thru was incredibly sweet, but the district manager seemed clueless. This happened just 45 minutes before closing.
For your own peace of mind, steer clear of this restaurant. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking, the portion sizes are ridiculous, and the mashed potatoes are served without any gravy. It's hard to understand how there are more than six staff members working, yet so many things are still done incorrectly!
I tried to visit this KFC four times. Once, I waited 30 minutes with a broken intercom system. When I finally got to the window, they were out of coleslaw and biscuits. Another time, they had run out of chicken! The two times I did get food, it was cold and stale after a long wait. I won’t be coming back!
Went through the drive thru at 7:30 pm on August 30th and ordered a 12 piece family meal. I was told they couldn't make big meals. I asked for an 8 piece meal, was told that was also too big, but was told I could order multiple 4 piece meals. ??????? Réservez une table maintenant
The staff here was exceptionally friendly and courteous, helping me choose the ideal dish. They served my food promptly as well. As always, the chicken was absolutely delicious! I rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10—it's truly the best!
The drive-thru service at this restaurant was quick and efficient. The food I ordered arrived hot and fresh. Although I wasn't initially interested in eating at KFC, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food turned out to be.
I was about to call and ask why a whole chicken thigh was included in the Chicken Little sandwich, but the restaurant is closed now. What if I had given this to a child? Honestly, this is unacceptable!
I was let down by the food. The mashed potatoes had an odd flavor, and the coleslaw felt like just a bowl of slaw mix that someone neglected to add mayonnaise to. Réservez une table maintenant
KFC no longer offers the original fried chicken recipe that Colonel Harlan Sanders developed. The current fried chicken lacks flavor and tastes rather plain.
