Good food, love the cake most. Was extremely disappointed on 10/27 my mother and I both ordered pots cake both of our cakes had less than 2 tablespoons of chicken in them, they should have been called carrot cake, all you could see was pieces of carrots, I had 3 peas and mother had 5 peas, so if you prefer carrots to chicken, this is your place. I'm trying another KFC. Update: received email from Corporate Office apologizing for problem and declared voucher would be in mail to compensate me. Well, my waiting is over, I got my $10 voucher to try it again.
I hadn’t had KFC in years, but recently I had a craving for it. I live near the KFC locations in Stockbridge and Morrow, but after a bad experience there, I decided to try the one in Forest Park. Let me tell you, it was the best KFC I've had! The manager, Crystal, was incredibly nice and patient, and she provided excellent customer service. The food was cooked just the way I like it, and it wasn’t greasy at all. My family and I decided to dine there yesterday, and once again, it definitely deserves a high recommendation!
I went to get my wife food, the lady that was giving me my food said sorry for the wait. She said the one employee who does the kitchen didn't want to show up, I told I have patience, God gave me that. Anyway they need help bad their! Also she said she'll put an extra cookie in the bag...never got that or the sauce!
I've frequently visited this Resturant in the past...food was Good...My visit there last week was less than OK. Customer service was above average...Manager was friendly and courteous, But the food didn't taste fresh. I'll go back in a while, hopefully food will be better.

KFC, I appreciate how quick and friendly your service was; the customer service here is great. However, the food was overcooked and stale. The chicken bites, in particular, were hard as a rock. I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because of the service, which I did enjoy.
I went through the drive-thru on my way to work. I ordered a 4pc meal. I got a 3pc and no utensils. They didn't even bother to give me my receipt. Probably because they were too busy gossiping, to pay attention to their customers.
Hit or Miss... Food always good and fresh around lunch time... But may not have prices you ask for with no substitution... Remember it's not our fault because the truck hasn't come in yet...
My first issue was no drinks except sweet tea. I said No thanks. My order was $7.49 tax. Mind you no drink. Went to pay and was told $10.13.

The service is excellent, although it isn't always perfect in getting your order exactly right. The staff stays quite busy.
Check your order good before you leave the restaurant. Items you ordered are probably missing. Food was not up to standard.
