I've been going to this place at least once a week but after today not anymore. Stale chicken, overly greasy food, overcharged, nasty attitude from (Mel (that's what the receipt says. since she didn't want to give her name nor she had a name tag she is very mean and nasty to her co workers and customers. I will not come back and do not recommend. The food was horrible. Once we tried to explain the issues she got more defensive and confrontational. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I feel bad for the owners since they left someone in charge that should be fired.
Carl, the manager, was fantastic! He made sure that my family of seven, traveling from Florida back to Kentucky, was pleased with our meals, even during a busy time with limited staff. Today, we were remembering my father, who passed away from COVID-19 in 2020, and KFC was his favorite fast food restaurant. Carl’s exceptional service turned our quick lunch into a meaningful memory. We will definitely stop by the next time we’re passing through. Keep up the great work, Carl!
I absolutely love KFC chicken! I ordered the original two-piece dark meal with creamy mashed potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw. Since I don't have any teeth, the coleslaw was a bit challenging to chew, but it had a great flavor. The gravy tasted delicious, and the mashed potatoes were also quite good. The chicken was a little greasy, which has always been a concern for me with KFC. However, it was juicy and tender!
I waited a half a hour for a medium-sized meal with a drink; while I waited for my food and drink cups, three couples and four solo-diners recieved their drink cups promptly after ordering and got their food before me. I saw kitchen staff scratching their ankles with gloves on then handling food. I will not be returning this KFC, if I go to any KFC again. Réservez une table maintenant
This place has really gone downhill since I lived in Enterprise. The employees are very rude and act like you're a bother for ordering food. The female who served me today had the worst attitude and then told me to drive all the way back around when I asked for sauce with my chicken. No thanks. I went to Zaxby's.
I am picking up a family meal at 6 pm, the dinner hour. The sides are not completely ready and no green beans offered. In the past I have had to wait up to 20 minutes for my drive thru order. I am going to miss my kfc chicken, but my time is more valuable and there are other chicken places.
We have came to this KFC several times and our experiences are never satisfactory. Either they are missing items from their menu or customer service is not up-to-par. I would be cautious about coming to this location and please be sure to check your bag before leaving the store if you do!
So I was here six days ago, they were crazy busy, but still managed to get food out. They were very respectful. I feel bad for the one lady waiting for a door order. Drink was over carbonated and their soda machine was definitely out of syup. The drink was an awful mixture. Also, they put ice in the drink even when asked not too. Famous Bowl was my go-to option. Now, they reduced the amount of chicken and mashed potatoes. Do not go here.
