I don 't believe this even deserves a 1 star. I ordered online and when I got there to pick up my order through the drive thru the girl at the window was so rude. She didn 't say anything and just handed me my food. I asked her if I could get some of the Korean BBQ sauce that comes on the new saucy nuggets and she looked at me like she hated me and said oh We don 't have that anymore I said what do you mean there is a sign on the menu and on the window of the front of the building that it 's new. She just repeated well we don 't have it anymore. I told her then you need to take all the signs down. She was like that 's just online. Customer service here is trash. I waited 30 min for my food after ordering inside. The cashier was rude, the manager was rude, it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged and watching as other customers came in, pay their money and be treated rudely was disgusting. I was excited going in to get my food and left out thinking i will never spend another dime in this location. If i wasn't hungry i would have asked for my money back and left. The drive through customers were the only customers being served so I'm guessing that is the only means of productivity being measured here. Don't waste your money or time here.. A very disappointed paying customer.
Dirty! employees are rude, ignored a customer doing a pre-interview at front counter during lunch hours holes in bathroom walls and dirty bathrooms and dining room drink station no straws soda everywhere only a few lids all tables dirty spilled soda on table seat and floors and was charged 24.00 plus for 2 people to eat in that dump thanks but not thanks I won't be back and that's if it survives health dept. Inspection
We went to KFC and unfortunately, the place was extremely dirty. The lobby floor was sticky and covered in soda. Countertops, tables, chairs and floors were all dirty and it was obvious that the place was not being cleaned on a daily basis. It was disappointing to see the restaurant in this condition at the time of opening. I couldn't help but wonder if the kitchen area was as dirty as the lobby. We left!!!!!!!!!!

I don't visit this place often, but whenever I do, it seems like no one wants to come to the register. When they finally do, the experience is usually decent. This has been the case for quite a while, but as the years go by, the original recipe tastes less and less like what it used to, which is becoming increasingly disappointing.
I ordered a three-piece chicken combo along with an extra biscuit. The first biscuit was fine, but the second one was undercooked—it was only cooked on the outside, while the inside was just raw dough. I really should have checked it before leaving. What a disappointment!
I orderd a 3 piece git a 2 piece that look like a raven wing its not cool. Shut it diwn if this is what you got to offer and real talk i am not even upset do better
This is NOT the same chicken recipe! I grew up eating the KFC CHICKEN, delicious coleslaw biscuits. This was awful! Bring back our tradition . Please!!!

I usually like the cole slaw, but it was the worst tasting I have ever tasted. The wings must have been hen wings. But, the biscuits were delicious.
Food is still delicious but prices limit my affordability and visits as a patron.
