Just went into drive thru, ordered two 3 pc chicken tender meals, upgraded with poutine. Got home, opened our order and it was two 3 pc chicken meals if you could call it chicken, it was very, very, very dry, and very old, hours old, if not even overnight , plus, we paid for the meals and added poutine which they charged us full price, but removed the fries that comes with the meals, which we paid full price for with no discount . Used to go there often over the years, but, this fried chicken joint has really gone downhill, quality has really gone out the window. The meals tonight were not even edible, thru them out. Awful, awful, awful !! But, it’s the only fried chicken place in town, FOR...
During our visit to a nearby restaurant while staying with family, we encountered the most disappointing soggy bland chicken we've ever had. The taste of uncooked flour permeated the chicken, indicating it was not prepared properly. This was especially disappointing given the high price. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 and the service a 5.
It's what you'd expect from a KFC just a little more expensive than usual. I never had a problem with the food being inconsistent like other reviews have said and the people working genuinely seem nice. If you're craving some good ol' kentucky fried chicken and in the town then this is the spot for you.
I'll admit right off that I have a soft spot for kfc in general (and maybe a more excentuated belly . I had an error on my drive thu order. Disappointing sure... but this day and age, I should have known better and checked my order before driving off. 2 days later, popped in and customer left happy.

I have to admit, I have a soft spot for KFC (and perhaps an eccentric appetite). Unfortunately, I made a mistake with my drive-thru order. I should have known better and double-checked my order before leaving. However, two days later, I returned and was much happier with my experience.
Fantastic service! The food quality is impressive, making it one of the best KFCs around. I did experience a minor mistake with my order, but when I mentioned it the next day, they went above and beyond to rectify it. Truly excellent service!
Ordered some chicken as we were visiting family nearby, was given the most pale soggy bland chicken ever. We could taste the flour in the chicken, it was definitely not cooked properly. So disappointing as it was very expensive.
For the 2nd time I was given 2 piece meal instead of what I ordered. A 3 piece meal. I know my voice is easily recognizable... very disappointing as I like eating at kfc.
