Went to KFC in Norwalk OH and ordered a 12 piece chicken and when I got home and looked we had NO chicken breast and NO wings and they threw the biscuits on top of the chicken. Started eating and the chicken was dried out and splintery. My local gas station serves way tastier chicken then them. Last time I will ever get chicken from there. Yes I called and complained. For the be price they want to charge for chicken, it should be Chef Ramsey quality.
I've been there a few times in the last month and every time I go through the drive though the man taking orders seems to intentionally repeat your back to you incorrectly in order to mess with people. The first time I assumed it was a miscommunication but after the second and third I after he repeated an order back to me with items not even on the menu I realized that he was being intentional.
Poor service and food really isn?t the greatest. Don?t order online for pickup otherwise you?ll wait 40 minutes past your pickup time. Staff in the back making food were vaping and dropping things as well as being loud cussing at each other. 0 stars.
The experience was surprisingly good, much better than expected because the fish dish was outstanding. It had a flavor profile that reminded me of chicken but without the fishy taste. Réservez une table maintenant
$30 worth of food and the only thing decent was the drinks. Forgot my our sauce had to wait in the drive thru another 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusting drive right on by this place
The food is consistently served cold, and the floor was greasy. The popular bowl I ordered this time was poorly made, containing only four pieces of chicken.
