Visited store 11 Jan 2015. Waited ages to be served, not busy - most of staff happy to stand around and chat and not attend to customers. Girl who served us eventually however was helpful and friendly. Chips cold, tastless and soggy. Salt and vinegar popcorn - no flavouring. Chicken burgers were cold and tough. Drinks left on counter for so long that they weren't that cold when received. Another customer went back three times as they couldnt quite get order correct! Outside eating area and toilets not real clean. I generally consider that KFC restaurants with a few more mature staff are better. We stopped for tea on route to the airport. The place was not busy but the tables told a different story. They were littered and had not been cleaned or wiped down. This should be essential as this is the first thing a customer sees when they enter the building.Our food was good, the service was good. I brought wipes with me so I wiped down our own table before we ate. Others behind us had to clear their tables too.The staff were very young looking so maybe just need more discipline to get important tasks completed.
Ordered a meal package and asked to swap the nuggets for popcorn chicken as these are the same price on the menu. Told quite bluntly that no swapping was possible. On getting home with meal both sauces had been omitted. Tried to ring KFC but rung out. The store was not busy but the 2 girls serving appeared very disinterested in customer service and what they were doing.
Do yourself a favour next time you're here and when ordering just ask them what you want because they're usually unsuccessful in actually giving you what you ordered in the first place. Also if you have a favorite sauce? Don't ask for it, it'll be sold out. Réservez une table maintenant
