This is the WORST KFC... If you 're lucky the food is going to take forever and probably be cold. Last time I went the doors were locked and no one was answering the drive through, drove around the building and staff was all sitting at a couple of tables inthe dining area. Got there today and they were in the middle of a shift change , so they couldn 't take any orders. So I sat inthe parking lot for 20 minutes until some greasy looking kid with an attitude decided it was time to allow us to order. It 'sone of few things my son will eat and there isnt another KFC for 15 miles, in case you 're wondering why I bother still trying.
Not sure what was worse, the food or the service. Who is running this place? I mean, I watched the WHOLE staff including the manager gathered in the back chatting it up as I waited, finally got my food and noticed how messy and dirty that lobby was. Thefood looked bad and tasted worse. Fed the meat to my dog and threw the rest away. Wasn't worth the 8$ that was wasted. Drive toanother location because I have never visited a KFC as bad as this location. Save $10 and go elsewhere. Just a heads up
My first and my last time going there. Rude kids working w/o adult supervision. There's one very rude unprofessional employee in particular, but when other employees ignore the one rude employee you're all just as bad. Get rid of everyone and start theemployee search again. Besides, the chicken was overcooked.
Ordered the Mac and cheese bowl. I was told it was a 4 minute wait in popcorn chicken. No problem. Pulled up and paid. Was given good within a minute. I knew it was going to be bad. My bowl is topped with the remnants of fried bits. Literally no chicken inthis. Trash service. Trash food.
