Don't know why I bother going. So many second chances. It's like a lucky dip when you look through your order to see what they've forgotten, got wrong or sometimes even added with the order. We usually just make sure the correct items are in the bag before we leave the store or the drive through but on the last occasion, wrong burgers in the right wrappers. Trivial maybe but it's frustrating when you arrive home to sit down and enjoy a feed and it's the wrong **** burger. How hard is it?? If you're not sure what to have for dinner, go to KFC and take the "mystery dinner" option. You're sure to be surprised.
This was very disappointing. We went through drive thru, and the manager was yelling at the man serving us to park us before we had even paid. When he came out he didn't even speak to us as he was on the phone. We looked at our order and they forgot the sauce so we had to walk in. When we told them our sauce wasn't there we heard the manager yell 'They only get 1' No apology or anything. Would def never go there again!
This venue needs to pick up its game big time,filth on the tables hadn't been wiped in some time,bins needed to be empty it needed someone to crack the whip in this place.The service was average it was obvious the manager had over things on his or her mind because it wasn't at work. Wont be going back there in a hurry,,,we weren't game to use the bathroom.
This place is disgustingly filthy, I felt as though I would slip in the greasy floor , I've never ever been in a Fast food restaurant like this , it's gross ,the cooking oil could do with being changed too , although the food was ok , the only reason we ate here as we are travelling & need food !!!!!

Bad bad bad!!!Bought dinner here for a family of 6. Paid $45. The only edible part of the meal was the potato and gravy and chips. The rest tasted really strange and 5/6 of us who ate it spent the night with vomiting and diarrhea. Please shop else where and save yourself the money.
the was food good as kfc can be but shop was very average the toilet was like standing on ice told manger but like he didnot care the shop floor was so bad and slippey i was scared to walk it they mopped it when we there no warning signs and made it worst
Well, i am like Julie. S a local (also her granddaughter lmao) and find the quality of KFC batemans bay poor. They take a long time to even take your order and all together took about one hour for me to receive my meal. I don't plan on going back -.-
I didnt realise this meant an Upsized zinger stacker box... wheres the box for the chips? I didn't pay for an upsize meal to get a small chips and a forgotten zinger burger.. terrible service KFC Batemans Bay

If your lucky you will get what you order, don't go there in the evening a lot of the time hours before closing they will tell you they don't have products, the shop is very unclean, the toilet was filthy.
This KFC is great. Good customer service and great packaging. Extremely polite and quick with drivethru. I'd definitely come back!
