Sides were good. Chicken was a bit dry and hard to eat. That was one visit. I visited again on 9/1/2022 and boy I don’t know how much worse the food could have been. I ordered a 3 pice breast and wing meal. There was barely even any chicken on any piece. Did not ask what side I wanted just assumed it was mashed potatoes with gravy. That had some foreign object in it. Did not eat it. All in all this place has gone down hill real fast. I will not be taking my business there anymore. I will travel to route 23 which is significantly further for better service and food.
Did a mobile order at around 4pm. Picked it up. Drove away. Started eating on my way home. Gross. Everything was dry and luke warm. Fries were unedible. I seem to have gotten food that tasted and had the texture of food that had sat under a heat lamp for hours. I wasn't turning around to come back to complain. But the order was right. Was put together in the time period the app said it would be. Store looked clean.. But the product served was garbage
I think I just got yesterday's leftovers. Tenders are closer to nuggets and tough. Biscuit was hard. The fries were good though. I have been here many times and it's fine, but this is the first time on a Sunday. Lots of businesses are closed around here on Sunday and you can tell they are not making fresh food today. Pretty good place, just not on Sunday!
The 8-piece meal I received was extremely dry, and this isn't the first time I've experienced this. They really need to work on their cooking times, or perhaps the food is drying out under the warmer. Either way, it was terrible.

This restaurant was very disappointing. They got my order wrong, didn’t provide any details about the items, and the food tasted stale as if it had been left out for days. I recommend choosing a different place to eat.
I usually don’t review fast food restaurants, but I just had the most unappealing chicken sandwich I've ever seen. It looks like it was manipulated in Photoshop and desaturated—it's almost gray in color.
Workers were not wearing gloves and putting foods that customers returned back into main food containers gross!!! NOV. 27, 2022 7:02 PM. 90 percent of workers are handling foods without gloves
The buckets got smaller and so did the chicken but prices went up. Is what it is I guess. This location is clean and service is pretty fast. Employees should learn how to smile.

I usually don't visit this place, but I might start. The food was good, and the staff were friendly. They recommended the two-piece meal, which was just right!
