This review is for the KFC in Fremont, Ohio. KFC is back, although Long John Silver's is no longer there. They brought back the buffet, which hasn’t meant much to me since my weight loss surgery. But it’s KFC, and the food was good. The cost was under $10, including drinks, which isn't bad. Here’s a rundown of the buffet items: original and crispy chicken, BBQ pulled chicken (note: no sandwich rolls, only biscuits), coleslaw, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, macaroni and potato salad, baked beans, green beans, corn, filling, biscuits, country fried steak with white gravy (the chicken is cut into smaller pieces if you want just a taste), vanilla and chocolate pudding, and bread pudding. **Food:** The dishes were greasy and overcooked, with an unappetizing dark brown color, and they were served cold—not even lukewarm.
**Management:** The staff wore what resembled dog collars as part of their KFC uniforms. There were noticeable issues with employee hygiene, as they appeared disheveled and almost zombie-like. I felt like I was a nuisance to the staff rather than a valued customer.
I suggest the owner conduct surprise visits at unexpected times to address these issues.
I ordered a Famous Bowl and a Breast Box, requesting mashed potatoes instead of fries. When I got home, there were no fries, no spoon or spork, and no napkins. It’s been a few months since I last visited because they messed up my order. I probably won’t be going back. I paid $13 and felt completely ripped off, especially since they couldn’t get my order right. I've never had this issue at Lee's, who will be getting my business from now on.
I haven't had an experience like this in years, and I was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the food quality. Although I couldn’t find my initial order on the menu, the drive-thru staff were very friendly and quick to help me find what I needed. I will definitely be returning. Great job, KFC—small acts of kindness make a big difference!

We didn't spend much time at KFC previously due to some disappointing meals. However, the new chicken sandwich they offer has drawn us back in. It's absolutely delicious, with a hearty portion of chicken breast. I highly recommend giving it a try!
I hadn't had KFC in years, but my boyfriend and I had a terrible experience. The food was dry, tough, and tasted old, almost like rubber. They forgot everything we ordered. We definitely won’t be returning.
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and attentive. One of the team members is fluent in sign language, which greatly enhances communication and speeds up interaction.
This is the first KFC we've come across in a long time that has indoor seating, and the kids really enjoyed it! On top of that, we had eight dipping sauces to savor!
