And manager was very helpful, very polite, but there were not many people there, but, in all that she was good there, I did not have too many for white people in Shelbyville themselves sad, not try to be negative, just think people should treat other people how they want to be treated!!!! Let's try to make this new year a better Shelbyville, everyone tries to be polite has a phone in your face every now and then at least try to be rude trying to bump into someone or if someone says excuse me trying to talk back or small at least, that's not just for KFC it's for the whole city....

Good food..not all things asked.who in the bag. Very fat. In fm Monroe Mi..I buy the same dinner ea time..2pc dk n xtacrisp. mashed w..gravy cole slaw n bisq. 6.35...profect meal... It was 6.99 tonite in Shelbyville TN.my fav. Meat

I been treated pretty bad I this location somehow yesterday this wonderful black lady that take my order was so nice and educated and kind and also my order was right for the first time.....KFC give this lady a raise

do not go to that place, they steal your money and they do not give you the order correctly, they have robbed me twice, from 1 to 10 I give them a 0????????????????

Just what we expected. It was nice to be able to eat again in their dining room, which was very clean and sanitary.
