Is there really anything more to add about KFC? I've noticed that the chicken pieces at some locations, like Hillview, have gotten noticeably smaller. If you're looking for better portions, you might want to try Shepherdsville or Old 3rd Street, haha. Also, what's going on with Hillview constantly being closed?
The chicken was overcooked, and the staff substituted items without informing us or asking for our approval. After we picked up our order, they locked the door, so when we returned to inquire about missing items and things we didn’t order, we had to wait in the drive-thru.
I've tried to order chicken three times in the past three months. The first time, they were completely out of chicken. The second time, they only had crispy chicken. And on my third visit, they only had chicken thighs. I'm giving up!
Be sure to watch and verify your order at the KFC drive-thru. My order was incomplete, and when I tried calling them, no one answered. They also didn’t provide a receipt and seemed more focused on socializing than helping customers. Réservez une table maintenant
Every time I go there, I keep forgetting that the chicken is usually served cold! The staff is always quick and courteous, which I really appreciate. However, I would love to have warm or hot chicken at least once.
