My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they didn't want anyone to eat there at all. I placed an order through their app, which stated it would be ready by 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5:16 PM, only to be informed that they had just received my order and it would take another 20 to 30 minutes. When I said I was willing to wait, they asked if I was sure I wanted them to start preparing the chicken. Why else would I say I’d wait?

When I visited the restaurant and placed my order, I anticipated receiving top-quality cheese as mandated by law. Unfortunately, what I received was quite the opposite. The mac and cheese served to me was below the quality standards allowed for restaurants in Wisconsin. KFC failed to meet the required standards, which constitutes a legal violation.
