I contacted the store to discuss my concerns with the assistant manager, but she was dismissive and unhelpful. She kept insisting that once the chicken leaves the store, they are not responsible for any issues. We ended up disagreeing about how they packed too much food into one bag, which caused the handle to break. When I asked if I could buy an extra bag, she told me they charge 10 cents per bag. I said that I would have happily paid for a separate bag for each item if I had known that was an option.

Talk about lackluster and boring. While the service was unremarkable the food was....unappetizing at best. Pricy menu. And midget tenders that I paid full price for. These looked like left over pieces, they just threw into the box. 5 tenders was morelike 3.5 if you pieced all of them together. My desire to goto KFC Is pretty much zero. How can McDs and King Whooper beat outreal chicken? Dunno either, but they can.
The tables were dirty. I was told that the lobby had been closed the day before due to staffing issues, but it shouldn't be too hard to make sure the tables are clean before opening. The restrooms were also in bad shape, with overflowing trash and litter on the floor.
The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, and the place was immaculate. Our meal was truly delicious! A special shoutout to Pamela for taking our order and to the cheerful kitchen staff for chatting with us. Dining here is always a wonderful experience!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but the ambiance could have been warmer. My seating area was a bit chilly, which made it less enjoyable while trying to savor the food. I also hope they could add some gluten-free options to their menu.
I had a nice experience at the bar thanks to a polite young man. I thoroughly enjoyed the classic sandwich; it was both delicious and crispy. The establishment was also very clean.
When they get your order right it's awesome they have gotten way better at paying attention to detail all in all I love that my family of 5 can eat for around $30 and all get full
It's a good place for a quick bite, with the usual KFC menu. Since there weren't many choices available at that late hour, I was grateful to find it open.
