Been going to this KFC for years on and off just hoping I will luck out and get something eatable... Always disappointed and they wont ever answer the phone when you try and call to let them know their food is either contaminated or been sitting for ages before being sold. Today is the last time I buy soggy chips covered in black stuff, cold burger's barely put together and oily old chicken. I usually see food handled without gloves. People shouldn't have to check their order every time they leave to see if it's actually what they ordered. Never again.
Food is terrible, constantly out of food/stock and offering you **** substitutes (such as hot and friggin spicy)....Constantly getting your order wrong or leaving elements of your meal out....The premises internally looks like a bomb has hit the place with chicken, chips and other rubbish all over the floor, especially in the food preparation area....

Found nicely fried Hot & Spicy cheicken pieces. It had 2 thighs, 2 big drum sticks, wings..it's a 9pcs for $9.95 deal on tuesday. Very well done. I am happy customer and will continue to go there except Sunnybank KFC, it's hopeless due to overcooked, very small pieces, no thighs, no drum sticks, only 7pcs found for 9pcs order on tuesday for $9.95.

This is my closest KFC. The food here is consistently bad, I don't know how they can stuff it up ,, I mean its KFC but somehow I am always left disappointed. I know travel 2 suburbs away to get my fix... so much better at Marsden KFC.Service at KFC BP matches the food quality.I always feel I get better service at Marsden as well
Have complained many times due to either food was cold or not cooked. Staff didn't care about serviettes or plastic forks and assumed I eat mashed potatoes with my hand Not once but every time. Going through the drive through and getting home only to find half the paid order missing. The biggest joke this place is !!!!
Car queue is always a mile long so I must have just been unlucky but my bucket of KFC was dripping in oil to the point we could not eat it. Contacted KFC and they said was not drained enough. They re-imbursed us for a next time visit but like I said very very popular and must of just been one of those unlucky persons.
Very well cooked hot n spicy chicken on all tuesdays for $9.95 for 10 pieces-mixed types. Its perfectly spiced for my hot buds...much much better than the KFC in Sunnybank or in Mt Gravatt outlets. I have given up going to Sunnybank KFC due to over cooked hot n spicy chicken on tuesdays..

The waiting lines are massive but its worth it because the hot and spicy chicken served here is decent, compared to other KFCs in brisbane area
The food here always smells better than it tastes for some reason.
