This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. The staff are always rude- particularly those in the drive through. Never ever use manners. Simple courtesies go a long way but seems to hard for these employees.On one occasion I ordered a burger which was such a mess it looked like it had been dropped. On top of this a large chips was only half full which was a joke. I sent a facebook message along with the photo to the official page who put me in contact with the manager of the store. Much to my disgust, the manager was not very helpful. They offered a replacement meal which I gladly accepted, however the voucher never arrived and they avoided responding further. It must be a running trend...
I did not have a pleasant experience during my visit to the restaurant. They were experiencing some issues, only accepting cash payments and not having the original chicken available for twenty minutes. However, I must give credit to the manageress who gave me a bag of freebies as a gesture of appreciation for my patience. Despite the problems, the quality of the food remained top-notch and the staff handled the situation well while still being friendly.
I have had takeaway from this KFC on numerous occasions. It is hard to guage. Sometimes you can get fresh meals and good service but more often than not its "extra greasy with a big serving of bad service". In saying that, the last occasion was a good meal and I didn't finish saying "Why the hell, did I do that again".At the end of the day, its a fatty meal but done right with a dose of good service it can be enjoyable.
Basically no where near comparable to other stores staff do not have much idea I bought 3 piece box to take home had about 10 chips chicken sizes were a rip off complained to pauline the manager offered to replace 2 pieces of chicken which I accepted said she would email me heard nothing its been a week I suppose they just look after friends and family will now be giving my business to portico which isright next door

I had a really bad experience at KFC Mirrabooka. I ordered hot and spicy pieces but received original instead. The food was greasy, the batter was falling off, and it was difficult to eat. The buns were almost hard, it seemed like I received food that had been sitting out all day. I won't be ordering from there again.
Ordered food in drive thru, was advised there will be a 6 minute wait for chicken and advised to wait in car park. 25 mins had passed before I went inside to see what was going on and was disgusted to find out they forgot about me. Will definitely never return to this kfc. Very poor management
We recently had KFC and this time it was fresh and tasty.The staff were friendly and didn't have to wait too long. Maybe it was luck or maybe just timing but I have to admit it was the best we've had. We had the $20 special and I was very happy especially value for money.
I ordered the Streetwise meal at the drive-thru and from placing my order to receiving my food, everything was done in less than 5 minutes! Excellent fast service!

KFC used to be something I craved, yummy crispy chicken large portions good value for money. NOT ANYMORE they have halved their portioned doubled their prices
Some occasions just require a nice piece of spicy greasy chicken.
