I recently ordered a meal from KFC, and it was terrible! I didn't think it was possible for KFC to serve burnt chicken. The coleslaw was dry, the mashed potatoes were old, and the gravy was unappetizing! I'm so hungry, but I'd rather not eat than have to deal with this awful food! I really want a refund! If I could zero stars I would . I ordered $45 worth of food . Everything was old . U can tell the chicken set under the heating lamp for hours very chewy and hard others was soggy and greasy . Gravy was so thick for sitting for hours came out in clumps . The biscuits was extremely hard and Mac n cheese was cold and mushy . Extremely irritating . One of the most disgusting places to eat from. If you see who's making the food and how he is grabbing everything without gloves, using his dirty hands, you would throw up.
Something wrong with the chicken. They have a bad smell. Either the chicken or the oil is bad. And it's not fresh.
