I work in the area and have decided to switch to Popeyes for my chicken cravings from now on. Over the past month, my orders have been incorrect four times. On one occasion, a young African American woman at the drive-thru had a poor attitude and mishandled my order, forgetting several items. Just the other day during my lunch break, an older white woman with a shaky voice handed me a completely different order than what I had requested. Since there was no one behind me, it wasn’t a mix-up with another customer; it just feels like they don’t prioritize customer service. I’m really disappointed once again. I arrived at 5 PM only to find they were out of pot pies. This is the third time I’ve visited this location, and each time I’ve been told to wait 20 minutes for them. When I asked why, I was informed that they sell quite a few, having just sold three right before I got there. Last week, they told me they had sold two just before me. If it’s such a popular item, why don't they prepare more? In the end, I ordered a two-piece white meat meal, but what did I get? Dark meat instead. I think KFC is off my list for good.
I had a very enjoyable experience at the restaurant. The lovely staff member, Nvonya, who manages the register, is always friendly and courteous when I visit. She truly puts in a lot of effort. I frequently stop by for dinner after work, and the service is consistently outstanding. I always make it a point to thank her for the excellent service. Overall, I have no complaints. KFC provides great service, and dedicated employees like her deserve acknowledgment and appreciation.
Very nice interior, great tables and booths! Clean restaurant, newly renovated, good service. We ate in, food was excellent ???? ????????
