When I asked about the sides that were supposed to come with my order, the staff member became quite upset. There's more to the story, but the key point is that she made a big deal out of the sides, and in the end, I still didn't receive them. This restaurant had a reputation for its attention to detail and customer service, so it was really disappointing to find that I missed out on the macaroni and cheese and four biscuits, especially since they were clearly listed on the receipt. Additionally, there was no line behind us, so there was no rush.
With so many other options for fried chicken in town, I would recommend trying somewhere else.
As a follow-up, I received a $10 voucher from KF...
I called at 7:40 to order an 8-piece meal with extra crispy chicken, offering to pay extra for three breasts and five legs. Unfortunately, I was told they couldn’t accommodate my request since they were closing in an hour and a half and wouldn’t be making any extra crispy chicken. Even after explaining that I was calling ahead to check if they could help me, the answer was still no. I then reached out to the KFC on 7th North St., and they told me it was no problem at all. Now, I'm sitting here waiting for the freshly prepared extra crispy chicken they promised. I will never return to the Cicero KFC again!
I drove 15 minutes home and noticed multiple mistakes in my order. I drove back another 15 minutes to request a fresh order since everything was cold, but they refused and blamed me for bringing the order back. The manager was very rude and made a simple issue worse instead of resolving it. They need to stop hiring employees who lack standards for themselves and the business.
My husband just came home with our food, and the mashed potato bowls were hardly filled. This is the second time this has happened. The last time, we called to voice our concerns, and all we got was an apology—nothing improved. We thought we'd give them another chance since it's been a while, but this will definitely be the last time we order from here.

I’ve had some problems with order accuracy in the past, but we really enjoy Kentucky roasted chicken, and the food is consistently good. I have to say that tonight everything was spot on; the order accuracy was perfect, and the chicken was delicious—juicy and tender. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
I hadn't visited KFC in quite a while. The experience was pleasant, enjoying a decent 8-piece meal from their menu. However, the spicy chicken lacked the expected heat and could have been better to meet my expectations.
The staff is always exceptionally friendly. If an item is unavailable, they’re quick to suggest equally good alternatives. I’m making a point to visit this place regularly.
