Kfc Newport Risca - Réservation de table

I ordered a bucket of chicken for £24, but it looked like it had been left over from the night before—dry and overcooked. When I spoke to the manager, he said he would replace it with what he claimed was fresh chicken. However, it turned out to be more overcooked and looked just like the first batch, just even drier. When I brought this up to the manager, he dismissed my concerns, saying the fryer was malfunctioning and that he had replaced my order, without offering any refund. Everything ended up going to the dog, who at least enjoyed it. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the service.

This KFC was empty and not busy, with the drive through me and my friend were not permitted to make two orders and we're asked to make the order and drive round a second time In the car with noone behind us. Well done for saving on fuel KFC! Won't be going back ever again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
