If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so! Multiple attempts each time is a bad experience. There is always something missing when the restaurant is not closed 45 minutes before closing time and this very frequently!! When nothing is missing, the problem is the sandwiches, cold, for lunch or during the day, sold in the evening, or in a limited presentation for sale. Frankly, it’s neither done nor to be done. So yes indeed the staff is polite and “smiling” but I prefer to have what I ordered in my bag I am there to eat.
Notre seau de poulet était bon... Temps d'attente moyen.... D'autre part, la chambre n'était vraiment pas dans un état impeccable de propreté.... Pas de tables nettoyées, encore moins le sol...
