Absolutely terrible experience at KFC! The food tasted like it had been reheated and was overcooked, not at all the usual quality. The gravy was the thinnest I've ever encountered, and the fries were so soggy they reminded me of cardboard. To top it off, we suspect we both got food poisoning from our meal. I’ll never go to KFC again; this has completely turned me off from the brand. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a 4-piece meal and received just four small drumsticks. I called to express my disappointment, and they mentioned they have plenty of drumsticks in stock, so just a heads-up for future customers. Food: 1, Service: 2.
