Tried to visit for the first time as we received a voucher for a meal deal and when we arrived they claimed that because of a system error they cannot redeem it. Asked for the manager and a “Gentleman” called Veer came and said there’s nothing he can do despite it being a valid coupon claiming if he tries to use it he will lose his job and then tried to charge us full price as compensation. Do not recommend ever visiting this franchise location. Do not waste your time unless you like being led on by the offers and condescended to by “management” a waste of a journey and the worst experience at a takeout location I’ve ever had. Simply horrendous.
