I give this restaurant a well-deserved 3 stars. I believe it's unrealistic to expect every fast food place to achieve 5 stars. This KFC is adequate for what it is. I find that the service is slightly better at the counter compared to the drive-thru. That said, the drive-thru here can often provide some unexpected entertainment. The design of the layout is somewhat poor, with tight access points and obstacles that test drivers' maneuvering skills, particularly for larger vehicles. Personally, I drive a long-wheelbase Ikco, which makes it quite a unique challenge in this setting.
I believe I visited the drive-thru on one of the busiest nights. It took about 30 minutes from the time I placed my order to when I reached the window to pick it up. I ended up placing an online order while waiting in line. However, when I arrived at the window, they handed me the wrong order. Thankfully, they quickly fixed the mistake, and I was soon on my way.
The quality of the food was quite disappointing. The chicken was dry, and the chips were overcooked and excessively salty—so much so that I cringed with every bite. I still ate it because...
