I just visited the restaurant and was served by a young African American woman at the counter. She was fantastic! I wish I could remember her name. When I asked if they had a tip jar, she informed me they didn't, but I decided to tip her anyway. I accidentally dropped my order on the floor, and she kindly offered to remake it. I can only describe this experience as a shining example of excellent customer service. Whoever she is, she deserves to be recognized!
I have to be honest—both the drive-thru staff and those inside are always so friendly. The food is always served at the perfect temperature, and everything is neat and tidy. My orders are consistently correct. I absolutely love this place for any KFC or Taco Bell cravings. Great job to everyone there, and thank you for your professionalism!
I had an early dinner with my boyfriend, and it was much better than our previous two visits when the restaurant was still recovering from the pandemic and had staff shortages. This time, the food was fresh and delicious, and the chicken was cooked to perfection.
