The fish was fresh but not first quality. I ate sashimi which is thin sliced raw fish. it was stringy. Dinner did not offer soup or salad, my miso soup was not hot and less than 1 cup. The waitress did not understand separate checks, the bill was a mess, we were 3 couples. This was not my usual sushi experience. This is definitely not a quality restaurant. There is no parking and Yonkers lives on parking tickets. We were misled by previous reviews. This is a fast food take out sushi bar.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Each visit provides a fantastic experience. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is kept spotless. They manage to be attentive without being overbearing. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is consistently fast—I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for takeout. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s perfect for a nice lunch, a casual dinner, or even an anniversary celebration.
Excellent all-you-can-eat sushi! The staff is incredibly friendly. They allowed us to dine there even just 30 minutes or an hour before closing—something we usually avoid, but after calling ahead, we polished off our AYCE in just 8 minutes because it was that delicious! The appetizers are fantastic and are included in the AYCE deal as well. We've been here over a thousand times since it's the nearest place to the Bronx.
The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the food was amazing. Although I typically don't eat sushi, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the rolls were—particularly the spicy tuna roll and the spicy crab roll, which became my top two favorites. Sushi was good. But when it came time to pay the waitress put the “tip 15/20/25%” screen in front of me and stood over me. I hate it when places do this. I was going to tip well up until that point but I find it disrespectful to stand over someone and pressure them to tip. If you can’t pay your staff, raise your prices.
If you're in search of the freshest, high-quality sushi, this is the spot to visit! The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making customers feel like part of the family. My son and I eat here every week, and the Maki Combo and Shrimp Tempura Rolls are simply delicious!
Such a great restaurant. Food and service is amazing and their lunch special offer great prices. Love their bento box.
