Khans Mongolian Grill

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! NO ONE welcomes you, talks to you or says anything to you when you first enter. Good luck and look around to read their half directions. You get in line and can only take a child size bowl to get your veggies, noodles and sauce. You then get to the meat station and are allowed 1 meat choice that fills a ramekin, no joke a ramekin AND if you want more it will cost extra. Your food is then taken to the grill which the meat is cooked with no sauce, water, butter or anything. Halfway through your meat cooking your bowl of goods is added. Food is over done and not placed in front of you where you're standing but to the other side of the stand area but hey you get rice ...onc...

I visited Khan 's Mongolian Grill in Burien at 15858 1st Ave South Suite 107, today after a long absence of not going there. During the whole Covid protocol stuff, and I thought the quality of meal had taken a down turn. But I went in early, right at noon. Found out it was under new ownership and new management. Spoke to the new manager Jay a nice Asian gentleman. Who was happy to answer my questions, was friendly and cooked my chosen noodles, and fresh and varied vegetables, cooked to perfection!! I used to visit this restaurant at least once a week before the pandemic, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. The staff, especially the new owner, was unfriendly and unkind. There was no one at the register, so I had to wait for someone to take my bowl to grill it. Even though I asked for my rice to be put in a separate container as usual, the owner refused and was very rude about it. The limit for sauce choices was now only 3, including soy sauce, and the to-go containers were smaller than before. I ended up paying an extra $3.00 for additional sauce. When I got home, the food didn't taste as good as it had in the past. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Not the most clear system for payment or getting food, as you need to fill your bowl first, then pay before your food is put on the grill. I didn't get a warm reception as I am accustomed to at other locations that do Mongolian grill, but I understand things have changed for the pandemic. Signage is pretty good overall, but something that explains the unique style of of paying for food would help. I enjoyed a fairly standard fare of noodles, broccoli, and chicken to sample. I'm always entertained in watching the grill masters work. Place went from less busy than usual to twice as busy as normal in 20 minutes. I enjoyed a pretty standard tea of noodles, brokkoli and huh to rehearse. I'm always entertained to see the grillmasters. the place went from less busy than usual to twice as busy as normal in 20 minutes. in any case a place where the place goes to dinner at the weekend.

One of my all-time favorite food places! I've been coming here for about 20 years and will time out my schedule to stop in whenever I am driving between Mount Vernon WA and Vancouver WA. Employees are all super friendly and will sometimes put on a show if you stand up front to watch. Great value for the food, I make sure to tip this place well every time! Vegan or vegetarian options. You build your own bowl, make sure to tell them you have allergies if you want to be sure it doesn't mix with someone else's food as they're all made on one big stove (they do clean it too).

I absolutely love this place. I've been going here for over ten years and each time I go, they never fail to satisfy. You walk through and pick out the vegetables you like along with the type of noodles and then give your bowl to them and choose what kind of meat you would like in it. Then they cook it right there in front of you for you to watch. I give the Mongolian grill in burien two thumbs up

I stop here to pick up a delicious meal any time I am in the area. As a person who has dietary limitations, I especially like that I can select the exact ingredients and quantity of each for my dish. I recently visited a clean and organized Mongolian grill that stood out from others in its process of adding meat after customers fill their bowls with noodles, veggies, and sauces. The food was quick to cook and the portions were generous for the prices.

Khans Mongolian Grill has been my favorite fast food ever since I turned 6. Most of the time, when my dad asks what we want to eat, me and my sister always ask for Khans Mongolian Grill!
