The food is always good but the service has been terrible for ages so we stopped eating in. After a year of staying away we decided to give it another go. Complete mistake. We were the only people in the restaurant, the young guy on the floor was sick and literally coughing everywhere. No warm greeting, not even any form of normal hospitality you would expect from a restaurant. Nothing was ever offered. I had to get up and go to the counter to get his attention to place the order while no one else was in the restaurant. We visited on a early Sunday night. First customers through the door for dinner. Considering this we thought we would be served and eating in no time. When asked what fish was used in their dish the waiter had no clue and would ask the cook (fair enough). When he returned he said that the cook couldn't tell us what fish she got from the fish market. Really? We settled for some green tea and duck rolls to start. The Green tea is just cheap tea bag form as for the duck rolls not sure as they didn't arrive. Called up for delivery, I asked if they did plain sticky rice they said yes, I asked for them to use the side gate as we are in a air b&b granny flat she said ok... after waiting 55 mins ( we are only 15 mins drive down the road ) I called up she was rude rushed me of the phone and said he gone he gone! I was waiting outside to find they gone to the wrong house and had to be re directed to us. Food is really nothing to rave about the red curry is as watery as the Tom kah soup we ordered & lacked depth, On arrival they said they didn't do sticky rice so changed it for plain, Everything is below average . Ordered takeaway from here and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Called after 70 mins to be told it would arrive "any minute" as it had left the restaurant. After another 10 minutes we rang again to be told it would be yet another 20 minutes. I asked if it really had left the restaurant when they said it had and they said yes. So I then asked if it would therefore be cold and they said "yes probably". They offered a 20% discount. We cancelled the order and they couldn't have cared less. Have eaten there before and the food is ok but really nothing special. Plenty of other decent Thai restaurants in the area so don't waste your time and money here.

We went there for dinner having been before and enjoyed the food. We were greeted at the door by the children of two families charging up and down the restaurant screaming and shouting and climbing over the interior. This continued throughout our visit. I appreciate that families should be able to take their children to restaurants and that restaurants should be child friendly but equally, parents do have a responsibility to keep there kids under control so as not to spoil other diners experience.the food was good without being spectacular and the waiters were very attentive just a shame that the whole thing was soured by the noise
Supposedly $70 of value for $32. Food ranged from Mediocre to poor. 7 dishes to share - no choice in first 5 'entrees'. A choice of mains between two only. No choice of dessert offered although we pointed this out (on the menu) and forced them to bring out the other option - with regret as that was awful too!Looked too good to be true - it was! Poor experience with matching service. We won't be doing that again!
Takeaway only because while the food is good, mid range, the restaurant service is terrible.Wait staff were dismissive, meals came out late (one meal eaten before the others arrived), water bottle dumped down as the waiter walked past, no glasses until we asked and then the bill was a little larger than we expected, the corkage surcharge was a surprise...
We have been to this restaurant on several occasions over the years. We have never been disappointed with the food. Its a little squeezy but once seated, it has a lovely warm atmosphere. You won't go wrong booking an evening here.

The hokkein noodles here are delicious and the customer service was impressive. Menulog was down and they took care of my order efficiently and without hassle. This will become a regular!
