Firstly it seems to be a family owned restaurant and have limited seatings so if you are a larger group call first, during summer I see they have tables and chairs outside.Food is okay not a large variety but enough to cover 85% of standard needs. Price is a bit high compared to what I would expect. We were two people and consumed two starters, one soup and two main and I am sure less would have been fine. But we paid 50 EUR. Including beverages.Starter approx 5-6 EURMain approx 13-16 EURI think it is nice dishes but I am a bit hesitant to give 4 since it doesn't measure up to my many restaurant reviews but if you are in Metzinge and you have to chose go for this place. Food is great authentic to some extent and definitely ask for "Thai schärf" if you like hot otherwise it is very mild. The ribs and duck was a bit dry in my opinion but tasted nice. I enjoyed my dish so as on the picture it is empty when I remembered to take picture.I would surely comeback when I pass Metzinge so don't let my review scare you off this is what you could get in a regular Thai family with minor modifications.Overall a nice trip and one of the best alternatives in Metzinge.

We were a little sceptical when, looking for a place to eat in Metzingen, we saw the No. 1 rated restaurant on TA was a Thai place. Had been to several Thai restaurants in Germany and found that they inevitably tone down the dishes to suit local tastes. But we decided to give this place a try and absolutely loved it! The owner/cook is a Thai lady married to a German guy (who helps with taking orders and bringing the food and drinks) and they are a very friendly couple. We ordered several dishes - glass noodle salad, red curry pork, fried tilapia and tom yum soup. All of which were very good... however, we did tell them when we ordered not to tone it down and keep it "Thai scharf"...Highly recommended...esp. the Fried Tilapia!

Reading very positive opinions on the TA, I had higher imagination about this eatery. The location is pretty far from the outlets and city centre and in the extremely hot evening, for sure it was not distance for walking. The surrounding is rather industrial, including neighbourhood of power station and also internal décor, does`t make any special impression . Apart of us, nobody was present in the restaurant. We have got the ordered food very quickly and it was tasty, but not outstanding. So, our first visit haven`t satisfied us, as much, as we expected.

Ordered take away fried rice and noodles. The noodles tasted authentic but the fried rice was forgettable. But the dishes were still way much better than any other Asian food we have eaten in Germany so far.Looking at the ingredients however, I'll say the prices are expensive. But a good visit if you are tied of German food.
