Well, the wings lubricated like wet bread wanted extra crispy and it was the opposite... The first time I had the pizza, it was completely different from what I got this time. tasted like different sauces, had different crusts and had much less peppermint than before. Cole Slav was a bowl of Mayo, vinegar and chopped cabbage.. On football Sunday, you have to be on your game and this place makes the whole order. This review is based on food... The delivery service was fast and punctual. Some places like the guilt lack of quality in delivery service... that was not the case.
Waiting to sit over an hour (table of 10). Hostess and Manager sat several tables behind because they did not place 10. There were two larger tables sitting in the back. When I asked the manager if it would be possible to divide us into two tables of 5, he waved his hand in my face and told me he couldn't find out. You can't have big parties and the manager was incredibly rude. I have never experienced such inability or inequality from a facility. If you bring a big group, go next to Mellow Mushroom, they were incredibly accommodating!
I have always had a positive experience everytime I've been here. I typically come in a group of 2-4 and service was great. Wait times weren't too long to be seated and wait times on food weren't too long. I typically go during lunch or an evening around 7/8pm. Burgers 4/5 Wings 4/5 Pasta 4/5 Pasta 4/5 Steak 3/5 Service 5/5. They have some really nice and good waiters.
Went for the NFL ticket games and enjoyed our visit. Chloe was a very attentive server and had a bubble personality. If you ask for her, you won't be disappointed. We had the nachos and Carnivore Pizza, both were very good. I would have given this place 5 stars if they were not serving every warm beer.
