Food was pretty yummy, can't beat $3.50 pints of beer on Wednesdays and the amount of TVs is awesome! However, my bf and I were handed our check by our server without her ever asking if we were done, wanted anything else, etc. Not the end of the world but this will make sense...My bf did want another beer and so I asked to add it to the existing check and then paid. Closed out with her, tipped her 20% and that was that. We sat there enjoying the beer and then my bf went to the bathroom and came back with another one. He got another $3.50 beer from the bar. While traveling we stopped here looking for some good ribs but all we found was GREAT ribs!We had a small issue with some food that was ordered, but the manager was great and took care of the problem.We had the Buffalo dip and I could have swam in that. The pizza was excellent. The strawberry mango bucket was off the chain!!.Service was super fast. We ate there around noon on a Friday.Our waitress Shannon was on point!! She was friendly, courteous and took excellent care of us.All in all, even with the small issue we will be back if we come into town and I highly recommend Kickback Jack's to anyone looking for great ribs, friendly atmosphere and super fast service.
I liked the food, but it turns out that all her administration is deceived and has sex with all her employees. I know at least three specific incidents, including those “leaders in training”. Guides who have relationships with servers and line chefs – you can observe how they all go off with their open kitchen. It's embarrassing. There are no names here. But seriously someone should look into all the ridiculousness that happens in this place. Maybe if they spent less time sucking face together, my order would be more correct. Don't even bring me to your married employees. YUCK. ZERO from ten.
This waiting staff was sweet and the manager was nice, but this place WILL NOT customize something for your meal. If it's not on the menu as you want it, then don't get it. I ordered 10 wings and I couldn't get 5 grilled and 5 fried, so I let myself fried with 10 and asked after 5 with a sauce and 5 with another and that was also impossible. FOOD WAS NASTY. Okay, so I went to this place like a lot, just to like if we ever go for dinner you know I would suggest kickback Jack's, but if they don't serve mozzarella sticks anymore, it was just that I've never been there since that happened, it's like having a place to kick back and see some football or something without mozzarella sticks.
