I have to say, I absolutely LOVE the food at Kickys! Unfortunately, our service was quite disappointing. The last time I visited was last Wednesday with a close friend to enjoy the 40% off special. As usual, it was busy. Our server greeted us promptly and brought over wine glasses for the white wine we had brought. After placing our order, however, we hardly saw her again. After an hour of waiting, we finally managed to get her attention, and she informed us that the delay was due to a missing item we hadn’t even ordered. I highly recommend trying the Beef Chow Fun, even though it wasn't on the menu—it turned out to be the best dish we had. While it’s not Japanese, the actual Japanese items were quite lackluster. Overall, the rest of the food was just average, especially if you’re not a fan of Japanese cuisine. Honestly, I wouldn’t say the food was memorable enough for a return visit.
Dinner at Kickys was fantastic. Be careful with the jalapeño roll – I enjoyed it, but my friends found it too spicy. Aside from the mix-up where they initially brought a shrimp sushi roll instead of the crispy shrimp spring roll, which they quickly fixed, the meal was excellent. The menu offers a great variety that makes dining here a real treat!
Great food and prices. Only problem place had 2 tables with 2 people and I asked if we could sit closer to window. Place was dark. I am 85 and needed light. Man said no. Tables were reserved. Ok .nobody came at tables by window for 1/2 hour. Except 2 people. Bad customer service. Sorry.

Great local spot! Portions are a bit on the small side. I haven’t eaten in yet, but their take-out is consistently excellent.
