This restaurant is quite unusual, featuring one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I've ever had. The layout is peculiar, as it boasts a large space with BBQ options, a few cold storage units offering items like local eggs, and various table and chair configurations. It seems like a place that could inspire a visit from the show Restaurant Impossible.
This was not our first attempt to dine here. A couple of months ago, we arrived but left without ordering, as we were unsure how to proceed and nobody offered assistance. At that time, we only noticed ribs and fried chicken on display, which wasn't what we were looking for.

You might be wondering why I rated this restaurant with just 2 stars. The truth is, I absolutely love the food at Killy’s—particularly the shepherd's pie and bangers and mash, which are fantastic. However, I have a major issue. This is the second time in three weeks that I've gone in excited to enjoy one of my favorite dishes, only to find out that there’s no cook available. I understand that staffing can be tough, but if you're unable to have a cook on hand, it might be best to remove those items from the menu entirely. Instead, focus on offering only the dishes that can be prepared in bulk. I’ll continue to check for updates on Facebook, but if I see a "Cook Wanted" sign again, I might not...
We LOVE Killy's. We had them cater our wedding. Cindy worked with us to make our meal and drinks really good and on a budget. Cindy has experience with gluten free options and was able to give me safe Paleo food for my wedding! Any leftovers we had we were able to keep or give to the food pantry if it wasn't touched.Now my husband and I go there for a drink, dinner or to make a liquor store run. We love supporting Killy's.
Got the corned beef sandwich. $13. It was barely bigger than my palm alone not including fingers. Bread was hard and stale. Corned beef was store bought and cold in the middle. Quesadilla was bland and thin. $13 Brisket was the only thing with flavor, and just barely.The sour cream was blue with mold. Two items and paid 26$ . Not worth it. Never again.

The BBQ was pretty good but honestly I'm spoiled to outstanding smoked meats. This is honestly great BBQ for Wyoming and I enjoy that you can get your food right away. Also, get some ribs; they're pretty damn good!Food: 4/5
Most often buy their chicken for take out. Breasts, thighs, wings, drumsticks and tenders. Sometimes the delicious ribs. Consistently delicious food.Food: 5/5
My nephew and I had lunch at Killy's, and everything was excellent. The food and service were both fantastic. I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.
Had the Logans favorite sandwich and it was the best sandwich I've had in a long time, and the service was outstanding. 10/10 recommend
