Kilwins Clearwater Beach

Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The customer service is non-existent. I ordered ice cream and, after tasting it while waiting in line, found it to be overly fatty and way too sweet. I requested a different flavor, which they provided, but then Manager Kathy came over and insisted that I pay for the ice cream I didn’t like, even though I had barely taken a single spoonful. She was incredibly rude, showing no apology and having a very condescending attitude. People with an arrogant demeanor should not be in management, as they clearly don't know how to treat customers. I will never patronize this establishment again.

Ice Cream just off the beach! You really can?t go wrong with Kilwins. They have over 30+ ice cream flavor options alone plus you can add things in if you like. We went around 9pm, and it was not busy at all though there was a line. They had good staffing,so things moved along quickly. You can order dish or cone, or even a shake I believe. In addition to ice cream, they offer candyand chocolate fresh or packaged to go. If you?re looking for a sweet treat, Kilwin?s is a great option located just off thebeach near the Pier.

This place is on the pricey side, but the turtle fudge is incredible! I do recommend not buying too much at once. My husband and I shared a half pound, which is essentially half of one of the slices they have on display. It’s quite rich, so it lasted us several days, although by day three it had started to go a bit stale. In the future, I would likely only get a quarter pound or make sure to store it in an airtight container to keep it fresh for longer.

This place serves the best ice cream, candies, and fudge in Clearwater Beach. The shop is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the delicious aroma makes it even more inviting! We tried some fudge, toffee, and a Caramel Apple, and everything was fantastic. The location is perfect in Clearwater, and there’s a wide variety of sweets to please everyone, regardless of age. The ice cream was delicious, and the staff was friendly, but they allowed the ice cream to melt before serving it to customers. As a result, my ice cream was not very frozen by the time I received it, and it had already melted quite a bit. I found that very disappointing. I've never encountered this issue at any other place. I wouldn't recommend it for children.

We got ice cream and ate it at the beach near the pier at sunset. Scoops are generous, thankfully, because it's a bit pricey! Chocolate toasted coconut was amazing. Mint was also delicious. Their caramel apple's are a MUST! The best caramel apple I've ever had.

A wonderful and classic ice cream and sweet shoppe! Fresh fudge being made, cases upon cases of chocolate treat. Nice to see everyone cleaning behind the counter and the floors were not sticky.

Delicious and fresh desserts! Many are prepared right in front of us, while others come from the Michigan factory. It’s definitely worth a visit, and you won’t regret the calories! Réservez une table maintenant

The caramel at this restaurant was delicious! The lovely staff member even sliced my apple for easier eating. I really wish I had purchased the little caramel candies too!
