We've been here a few times inside, and dozens of times with takeout/delivery .. deeply saddened I've never wrote a review of this place beforehand! This is hands down the best Pho place around the greater Salem/Keizer area, and we've only been able to find one other Pho restaurant to the north that's broth is better. Everything is always beautiful presentation wise, the smells make your mouth water and the taste is everything you'd dream a solid bowl of Pho would be. We got two orders of the #9 (Well Done Beef Slice, Brisket Flank) and an order of Pork Belly Baos. Highly highly recommend the #9 as the superior bowl of Pho make sure you get this specifically! I ordered takeout at the counter, and was offered tea while I waited. The restaurant appeared well maintained nothing fancy, but clean and looked after well. The wait for my food was reasonable. The food was spectacular. The best Bun Bo Hue I've had in Oregon. I also ordered a Boba tea, it was delicious, as were the fresh spring rolls. I'll be a regular now that I've found them!
It was a nice place to eat. They were attentive to my needs. I think it is a family-owned business. The food is authentic Vietnamese food. The atmosphere is calm. Can be a nice place for business or personal. The parking lot is compact. I liked the food. It came hot, fresh, and fast.
