My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. In all the places I have visited, Hibachi meals have been simple. When I inquired about getting a Hibachi meal without sitting at the actual Hibachi table, the server, Lulu, assured me it was possible. However, when the meal arrived, it was not what I had requested. I specifically asked for rice with vegetables in it, but this was not included. When I questioned Lulu about it, she insisted it was on the menu, which only added to my frustration as I had not ordered off the menu and had explicitly asked for a specific type of Hibachi entree that was not listed.
It is possible that there was a language barrier, but I believe that if Lulu did...
When we arrived, I was surprised why The restaurant was very empty. After my experience, I see why it was service was not attentive quality of food did not match the price and it felt like a bother anytime I needed the server. The only saving grace would have to be the actual chef cooking in front of us as he put a lot of effort into his craft. We were incorrectly charged on food and assumed what was presented was normal practice, and to not cause a scene just went with it but when we saw the bill we saw that we were charged for something we did not ask for. We further chose not to make it an issue as we knew we would not be returning to this establishment.
I had an awful experience at this restaurant! There was a long wait, not enough staff or chefs, and we ended up leaving because the chef couldn't come out to our table until 11pm. This would have meant eating at midnight since the chef had to cook all the meals at our table still. They were very behind, considering our reservation was at 8:30. This was my first time at this restaurant, and I will never go back again.
This is a great hibachi place.you can have great meal with entertainment. The chefs are really good and are really good at hibachi. It’s a lil pricey but great for occasions. Very less vegetarian options but they accommodated and made changes to include one vegetarian person we had in our group. The server and chef were both well-intentioned, but unfortunately fell short in their execution. The server seemed to have difficulty understanding the menu items and the food did not justify the high prices. The rice was undercooked and got stuck in my teeth. Additionally, we were given small shrimp instead of the promised jumbo shrimp. The server appeared to be overwhelmed by the small crowd during our visit.
If you want fresh seafood and premium steaks, Kimono is our choice of restaurant. Excellent service and friendly staff. We always come here to celebrate birthdays and iif we want to mpress our guest. Parking: Plenty of parking space .
First teppanyaki experience and it was worth it. Friendly staff. Great tasting food especially the benecia roll and crunchy salmon roll. The server also gave us free ice cream for our anniversary : Definitely coming again
The food was not as hot as it should have been, and our server seemed inexperienced. I will not be coming back to this restaurant because the price did not match my expectations.

The dinner was excellent. The cooking was top-notch and very enjoyable. A perfect spot to celebrate a special occasion.
Food is pretty mediocre. Lobster was overcooked. Place was pretty empty on a weekday.
